a) When you register to participate in the BIFSC competition we collect personal data from you.

  • When you register to participate in a BIFSC competition, we collect your full name, email address, telephone number, short Biography.

  • When you fill in our online form to contact us, we collect your full name and email address.


We collect this personal data to process your application and contact you with future announcements regarding the BIFSC Competitions, BIFS EOOD arts and culture announcements, workshop announcements, and other activities. 


When you respond to BIFSC emails we collect your email address, name, and any other information you choose to include in the body of your email or responses.


If you Register to participate in BIFSC, when you make payments or conduct transactions through the BIFSC website, we will receive your transaction information. We may receive this information directly from you, or the BIFSC or third parties. The information that we collect will include payment method information, purchase amount, date of purchase, and payment method. Different payment methods may require the collection of different categories of information. 


When we conduct fraud monitoring, prevention, and detection activities, we may also receive Personal Data about you from our business partners, financial service providers, identity verification services, and publicly available sources (e.g., name, address, phone number, country), as necessary to confirm your identity and prevent fraud.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). That service uses cookies to help us analyze how users browse BIFSC. This website also collects server logs for debugging purposes. The logs are anonymized and do not contain any personal information.

Content on our homepage was created with utmost diligence. However, we are not liable for the correctness, Liability for content, and currentness. We are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general acts. As a service provider, we are however not obliged to monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to investigate instances, that indicate unlawful action. Obligations to delete or block the usage of information according to the general acts remain unaffected.
